Misfits Training Club is a women’s only gym that offers a comfortable way for females to train without the feelings of intimidation and the insecurities often felt in gym-like environments.
We offer classes for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes are designed for you to work within your own limits and achieve improvements and work towards goals at your own pace. The classes are aimed at improving your strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility. Our classes will also promote weight-loss, muscle toning improve flexibility and bone health. We provide functional fitness programs designed especially for women.

Our classes incorporate all aspects of functional fitness including: cardiovascular; strength & flexibility training.
All classes are conducted under supervision and guidance of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers.
We are all passionate about helping women reach their goals and we make it FUN. Our workouts are always different and are designed to be modified for all ages and levels of fitness.
