Can I come for a free trial to see how I like it?

Absolutely. We understand that everywhere is different and we think once you’ve
attended one of our sessions, you’ll love it. That’s why we’re very happy to offer you
a free week trial. Trials can be booked through our booking software.

Do your classes cater for beginners?

Absolutely. All our sessions have the ability to be scaled back if you are brand new. You
will have a trainer shadow you for a lot of the session to make sure you are doing the
movements correctly.

I have an injury, can I still train?

Of course! Simply let the trainer know before the session starts and they will switch movements that could aggravate the injury. We will also help with any recovery or rehab work that may be needed to help with long-term recovery.

How do I book a session?

Once you register for your 7-day pass, you will be given access to our booking system.
From here you will create a profile to book all future sessions.

Do you offer casual passes?

While we do offer class passes which are available to purchase in our booking system, we have found that on average, our members attend 3 sessions per week and achieve amazing results. Our membership packages are designed to give you unlimited access to our group training sessions, free child minding plus many other extras and with no longterm contract, so you have nothing to lose!

Are children only allowed at the "Mums and Bubs" sessions ?

We understand how important fitness is  for physical and also mental health. This is particularly the case when you have young children at home taking up all your time and energy. For many parents, sanity, with young children at home, means getting out of the house and coming to a class.  However we understand trying to find someone to watch the kids, waiting for hubby to get home, fitting it in around kindy and school drop offs sometimes seems way too hard. For that reason ALL of our classes are KID FRIENDLY!

How can I pay for my membership or class pass?

All Memberships are set up through stripe direct debit. Passes can be purchased through the website.

What if a class is cancelled?

On the rare occasion that it is necessary to cancel a class, we will post a notification on
Facebook. We encourage all clients to become a member of our Facebook Group’s
Misfits Community Page & Misfits Community Page Terranora to facilitate the efficient notification of any cancellations.

Do you have corporate training packages?

We can tailor a corporate training package for your club or workplace. Whether you want a weekly session or a one-off staff training seminar to focus on a particular topic.  We can design a program to get the results you need. Please contact us for more information.
