I’ve had the most wonderful experience training with Lauren and the crew at Misfits. I started going to the Mums and Bubs sessions after I had my daughter and I’ve loved every minute of it! The trainers are welcoming and really care about my recovery post baby. The training has been a massive help in regaining my fitness, all whilst having my girl entertained by the minders. And to top it off, the other women who train are such a lovely, fun group of ladies who I love seeing every session 🙂

I went from not being able to flip the giant tyre to now able to do that. Not able to do a sit up to now almost being able to nearly do one properly. My core muscles were ruined after three pregnancies but are slowly regaining after less than a year training with Lauren and her team.
