Absolutely. All our sessions have the ability to be scaled back if you are brand new. You
will have a trainer shadow you for a lot of the session to make sure you are doing the
movements correctly.

Its always best to contact the team before commencing to discuss your injury. We are happy to modify exercises to suit your needs.  Simply let the trainer know before the session starts and they will switch movements that could aggravate the injury. We will also help with any recovery or rehab work that may be needed to help with long-term recovery.

We understand how important fitness is  for physical and also mental health. This is particularly the case when you have young children at home taking up all your time and energy. For many parents, sanity, with young children at home, means getting out of the house and coming to a class.  However we understand trying to find someone to watch the kids, waiting for hubby to get home, fitting it in around kindy and school drop offs sometimes seems way too hard. For that reason ALL of our classes are KID FRIENDLY!
