CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Core & Cardio

Blend low intensity cardio and Mat Pilates for a full-body workout. Strengthen, lengthen, and improve cardiovascular health in this dynamic class suitable for all levels.

Blitz

 fast-paced, high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. With quick intervals and light weights, this class is designed to push your limits and maximize your results in a short amount of time.

Build

a focused six-week journey dedicated to building strength. In each session, we prioritize quality over quantity with low reps, heavy weights, and ample rest. This approach allows you to fully exert yourself and recover adequately, ensuring maximum gains in strength and muscle development.

Power

This high-energy class combines high-rep weightlifting exercises with dynamic movements to elevate your heart rate and sculpt lean muscle.

Cardio Box

This is a high intensity boxing based class that uses H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training. You will give all your effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.  This will burn more fat in less time by keeping your heart rate up. Body weight exercises or hand weights may be used.

Pilates

 Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The aim is to not only tone your body, but to improve muscular strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.
